Introduction:

In a warehouse environment, there are many unknown hazards which team members are exposed to. When accidents happen, they can often result in serious injuries or could become a  fatal case.  A fatal case is often the result of team members having to work at height using ladders, stackers, raised platform, etc, without realizing the potential danger and risk that they are exposed to. It is important that team members be made aware of and take the necessary precautions to mitigate the risk involved.
